- Maximum weight 85 kg
- Age limit for horseback riding 15 years (unless otherwise stated)
- Helmet & safety vest available for loan
-All participants are expected to be on site 45 minutes before the scheduled riding time.

Cancellation policy
Please read the cancellation policy before booking. The tour guide has the right to refuse riders if they believe the rider poses a safety risk and does not have the riding experience stated when booking.
Pay with voucher
If you have a voucher from Live-It or Truestory, please enter this as instructed when booking. Select "Manual payment" as the payment option.
Epassi Wellness
To use your wellness allowance with us, you first register the purchase in your Epassi app, read more about how it works here . Then complete the booking with us according to the instructions. Select "Manual payment" as the payment option.
Group bookings
We accept group bookings on the tours that are presented in the booking system. It is important to be out well in advance as places fill up quickly. Before you book, you need to make sure that the desired number of spots are available on the tour you want to book.
Do this: 1. Select the tour and date you want to book. You can read more about our different tours and current dates by clicking on each tour above 2. Ensure that the correct number of participants are available by scrolling to the bottom of this page to the schedule overview. 3. Book by clicking the "book now" button. 4. Fill in the booking details by first selecting the number of participants. If this selection is missing, you have unfortunately chosen a tour with too few spots for the number of people you want to book for. 5. Pay for all participants on the tour. Booking confirmation will be sent to the email provided. 6. The same cancellation policies apply to group bookings as to individual bookings.
