Cancellation Policy​

If you cancel at least 14 days before your activity, you will receive a full refund. After this period, you can receive a credit valid for 6 months upon presenting a medical certificate. No refunds will be issued. The credit can be used for an activity equivalent to the amount you originally paid (please note that some riding tours are seasonal, and we cannot guarantee availability for the same type of tour you initially booked).

Cancellations must be made via email to bokning@hastakeriet.se. Please ensure that you receive a confirmation that your cancellation has been received.

Riding Experience

The tour guide reserves the right to deny your participation in the ride (without compensation) if you have provided incorrect information about your riding level.

 

​Maximum Weight Limit

The tour guide reserves the right to deny your participation in the ride (without compensation) if you have provided incorrect weight information and it is evident that your actual weight exceeds the stated maximum weight.

In Case of an Accident

At Häståkeriet, we always prioritize the safety of our customers and horses. However, it is important to be aware that all riding and handling of the horses are done at your own risk.
