Service Description
Both beginners and experienced riders are welcome on the Djurgården Ride. On this calm tour, we set out to experience the beautiful Royal Djurgården, riding along winding forest trails and beside the Djurgården Canal. We ride at a walk and trot, and the pace is adapted to the group's level. Our gentle and reliable horses take great care of beginners and are equally appreciated by experienced riders. Sometimes there may also be an opportunity for experienced riders to enjoy a short canter. Total duration: approx. 2.5 hours, including about 1.5 hours of riding. Requirements: - Maximum weight: 85 kg - Minimum age: 15 years - All riders must arrive 45 minutes before the scheduled ride time. Equipment: Helmets and safety vests are available to borrow at the stable. Comfortable clothing is recommended, such as leisurewear (not shorts), shoes with a small heel, and socks that can be pulled over the bottom of your pants to avoid gaps that may cause chafing.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy If you cancel your riding tour at least 14 days in advance, you will receive a full refund. After that, the activity can be credited for use within 6 months upon presentation of a medical certificate. No refunds will be issued. You will receive credit for an activity corresponding to the amount you originally paid (please note that some rides are seasonal, and we cannot guarantee availability of the same type of ride you canceled). Cancellations must be made via email to: bokning@hastakeriet.se. Please make sure you receive confirmation that your cancellation has been received. If there are less than 24 hours until your ride, please also notify the tor guide directly via text message: Carina Nyström: +46 76 868 00 19 Riding Level The ride leader reserves the right to deny participation (with no refund) if an incorrect riding level has been stated. Maximum Weight The ride leader reserves the right to deny participation (with no refund) if an incorrect weight has been stated and it is clear that the rider exceeds the stated maximum weight. In Case of an Accident At Häståkeriet, the safety of our guests and horses is always our top priority. However, it’s important to be aware that all riding and horse handling is done at your own risk.
