Booking & Availability
I can’t find any available times – is everything fully booked?
If no dates appear when you click “See times & book”, it means the tour is fully booked or that it is currently outside the season for that specific tour.
Can I join the waiting list for several dates at the same time?
Yes, absolutely. If a spot becomes available, we will contact you by email or text. Please remember to let us know if you want to be removed from the waiting list for dates you are no longer interested in.
Wellness Benefit & Payment
Can I use my wellness allowance (friskvårdsbidrag) with you?
Yes, we are connected to Epassi’s wellness platform. On this page, you can find instructions on how to pay using the Epassi app. Then follow the instructions in the booking form for the service you wish to book.
What if I don’t have Epassi?
We can issue a receipt for you to submit to your employer. Email us at bokning@hastakeriet.se with information about your booking and any additional details that need to be included on the receipt.
Cancellation & Rebooking
How far in advance can I cancel or rebook my tour?
You may cancel or rebook your tour up to 14 days before your scheduled ride.
What happens if I get sick?
If you notify us no later than 5 hours before your ride and provide a medical certificate, we will help you rebook to a similar tour in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Gift Cards
How long are gift cards valid?
ur gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
How do I use my gift card?
Enter the code you received by email under “Redeem gift card” at checkout. The gift card amount will be deducted automatically.
Can I extend the validity period?
No, unfortunately we do not extend gift card validity periods.
Equipment
Do you have helmets available to borrow?
Yes, we provide helmets and safety vests to borrow at the stable.
Weight Limit
Do you have a weight limit for your trail rides?
JYes, our maximum weight limit is 85 kg.
Can exceptions be made for experienced, well-balanced riders?
No, unfortunately not. Our weight limit is set with our horses’ health and wellbeing in mind and is an important part of ensuring that they remain sound and healthy.
Other
Do you offer riding tours during winter as well?
Yes, we offer Djurgården tours year-round.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my ride?
We ride in all weather, as long as it is safe for both horses and riders. If your tour needs to be cancelled, you will be informed by email.
